- No Brokerage Fees: We do not charge listing fees or commissions for connecting users on the platform.
3. Accuracy of Information
Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information regarding the properties they list, including legal status, dimensions, and ownership.
PropertyDesk reserves the right to reject, suspend, or delete any listing that is found to be misleading or fraudulent.
4. Independent Negotiations
All viewings, price negotiations, and transactions are conducted directly and independently between the buyer and the seller. PropertyDesk does not act as an agent or represent either party in any transaction.
5. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
PropertyDesk serves solely as an online platform and marketplace to connect buyers and sellers of real estate. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction entered into between buyers and sellers. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No Liability for Disputes: PropertyDesk is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for any disputes, conflicts, disagreements, or claims arising between buyers, sellers, or any third parties.
- No Verification or Endorsement: While we strive to maintain a safe platform, we do not verify the background, legality, or intentions of any user, nor do we guarantee the condition, legality, or actual existence of any properties listed.
- No Transactions on Platform & Fraud Prevention: PropertyDesk does not process, handle, or facilitate any financial transactions or payments. Any payments, contracts, or agreements made between a buyer and a seller—even if they initially connected through our platform—are entirely independent of PropertyDesk. We assume no responsibility for any fraudulent activities, scams, illegal transactions, financial losses, or damages resulting from these independent dealings. Users are strongly advised to exercise caution, conduct thorough due diligence, and seek professional legal or financial advice before entering into any offline transactions.
- Indemnification: By using this platform, you agree to indemnify and hold PropertyDesk, its affiliates, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use of the platform or any interactions with other users.
